Sugar Lips Cookie Cards are under exclusive license from StarFish Art, Pamela Breece's wildly whimsical creations that are so much fun for every occasion! 

We create a 'Picture Frame' by sprinkling your choice of nonpareils or edible candy decorations around your custom picture.  It is then bagged in clear cellophane and tied in the ribbon color of your choice.

Minimum order is 12 pieces @ $3.95 each.
