LOS ANGELES. CALIFORNIA September 17, 2009 Good Fortunes announced today that it is relocating its manufacturing and distribution facilities to Palm Beach County, FL. The new facilities provide 38,000 sq feet to support the growth of existing Good Fortune products in addition to its new products that will be available for the upcoming holiday season. The relocation will create approximately 6 new full-time positions as well as numerous part-time positions during peak seasons.
Karen Belasco Staitman, “The Cookie Queen,” began her Good Fortunes’ cookie business in 1995. Good Fortunes is the original manufacturer of Giant Gourmet fortune cookies with personalized messages. Each cookie is uniquely dipped and decorated for special occasions including many Hollywood events like the Oscar’s and the Emmy’s.
