Yes. Everything we make is customized and made to order.
Though we have standard ways of packaging our goodies, you can always request
custom items and packaging too! (Minimums may apply)

BIG IS THE GIGANTIC FORTUNE COOKIE AND THE “CLASSIC” SIZED FORTUNE COOKIE?
The Gigantic Fortune Cookie is the size of a Nerf® Football. From
end to end this immense cookie measures 19 ½” in circumference, 6 ½” across and
6” high. Our giant fortune cookies can weigh anywhere from 12 oz. to over 1
lb. depending on how it is dipped and decorated.
The “Classic” or Traditional Sized Fortune Cookies are regular sized fortune
cookies! All of our “classic” sized fortune cookies have “good fortunes”
inside of them of a positive upbeat nature. There are over 8000 messages of
good fortune.
** Good Fortunes also has Love & Marriage, Birthday, Holiday and other
Occasion & Holiday specific fortunes available at no cost throughout the
year.

I PERSONALIZE THE “CLASSIC” SIZED COOKIES TOO?
Yes, With a minimum of 100 cookies, you can have a personalized message.
(Printing Fees Apply). The Imprint Area is 3 lines of 36 characters per line
including spaces. We can accept logos and print on both sides as well! The
ink color for the classic fortunes is in black only. Please call a Cookie

I GET CUSTOM CELLOPHANE FOR MY COOKIES?
Yes, we offer custom imprinted cellophane for the “Classic” Sized Fortune
Cookies, Dipped & Decorated Oreo Cookies & the Edible Picture Cookies
(Grahams & Oreos.) 1 color to 4 color process is available. Call for
details.

HOW
DO I GET MY PICTURE AND WORDING ON AN EDIBLE PICTURE COOKIE?
Easy! All you have to do is e-mail us the artwork in a JPG or EPS Illustrator
or Adobe Photoshop file format. And if that’s not available, send us the
picture and we’ll scan it for you at no charge! Additionally, tell us what
you want it to say. (Example: Steve’s 40th Birthday!) Email your artwork to art@goodfortunes.com

HOW
DO THE EDIBLE PICTURE COOKIES TASTE?
These gorgeous cookies are wonderfully delicious! The inks are made out of
food coloring and the paper is made out of sugar and other ingredients. The
edible paper is virtually tasteless, but the end result is absolutely
fabulous!!

HOW
DO I STORE MY COOKIES AND WHAT IS THE SHELF LIFE?
All Good Fortunes cookies are just fine at a room temperature that is between
65 –72 degrees. When you receive your cookies, take out the ice pack (if
there is one) and place your box of cookies away from direct sunlight and
animals. Your cookies, kept in the original packaging, will be fresh for up
to 3 months. DO NOT PLACE YOUR COOKIES IN THE REFRIGERATOR OR FREEZER!!!
There is too much humidity for the chocolate and it will either discolor the
chocolate or make the chocolate wet and sticky.
P.S. Your Ice Pack(s) are reusable. Place your ice
pack(s) in the freezer so if you need to transport your cookies later, you
can do so. Also great for your picnic cooler. The ultimate in recycling!

HAVE MY ORDER SHIP ON AN EXACT DATE?
Yes. Please be sure to specify a Future Ship Date just
below your recipient’s shipping information. REMEMBER, Good Fortunes DOES NOT ship on Saturday or Sunday and we won’t
ship over a weekend during warm weather because UPS doesn’t air condition
their facilities.

GOOD FORTUNES GUARANTEE FRESHNESS & THAT MY PACKAGE WILL BE DELIVERED
INTACT?
Yes, Good Fortunes has spent the last 15 years perfecting our packaging
process to ensure the freshest cookies and the absolute safety of your
package. In the rare event that you or your recipient should receive a broken

METHODS OF PAYMENT DOES GOOD FORTUNES ACCEPT?
You may purchase items on our website using Visa, MasterCard, Discover and

ARE YOUR SHIPPING OPTIONS?
Our Preferred Carrier is UPS. Though we do ship via other carriers, as well. We ship Ground, 2nd Day Air and Next Day Air from Late October – Beginning of
April.
2nd Day Air or Next Day Air ONLY shipping for
cookies is required from April/May – October (Except Carmel/Toffee Products
which can ship Ground year round.). We also pack your box in a foam line
cooler box with an ice-pack(s) to prevent melting.
• UPS 2nd Day Air Delivery - Available Monday – Friday.
• UPS RED Priority Overnight Delivery – Available Monday –
Friday for next business day delivery. **During hot weather months, this ship
method may be mandatory in most locations. Please call 1-800-644-9474 for
details.**
• UPS Saturday Delivery – Check for availability in your
area. Delivers by 1:00 PM in most areas. Saturday shipping is not available
to all zip codes.
• PO, APO/FPO Shipping is now available. – See below.
• Federal Express/UPS 3rd Party Billing is available.

WHAT IF MY RECIPIENT IS NOT AT HOME TO RECEIVE THE PACKAGE??
Don’t worry! We ship UPS, no signature required, which means that the driver
will leave the package at the door. Sometimes, however, the package will not
be left if the UPS Driver deems that the package could be in jeopardy if left
at that specific address.

DOES GOOD FORTUNES OFFER SAME DAY DELIVERY?
If you are a local customer, pickup or delivery via messenger at an

7. DOES GOOD FORTUNES OFFER SAME DAY SHIPPING?
Yes, if you order before 2PM EST we can absolutely get your package out.
**This policy can change during our busiest holidays.

DOES
GOOD FORTUNES SHIP TO INTERNATIONAL LOCATIONS?
We would love to accommodate international shipments, however food products
tend to get caught up in customs and we have no control over weather or any
other shipping conditions. So the answer is… un-“fortune”-ately, no.
9.
DOES GOOD FORTUNES SHIP TO PO BOXES, FPO OR APO ADDRESSES?
Yes, and no. We cannot ship to a PO
Box because we ship via UPS and they need a street address. Because we are proud of our service
personnel overseas, shipments to an APO/FPO address can be sent, but it will go via
USPS and cannot be guaranteed to arrive by a specific date and may take up to
14 business days to be delivered. Please call a Cookie Counselor at 800-644-9474
to place an order to ship to an APO or FPO.
10.
WHAT IF MY PACKAGE DOESN’T ARRIVE WHEN IT’S SUPPOSED TO?
We strive for 100% delivery… and we usually deliver!! However, sometimes a package is not
delivered on time because of weather delays or acts of God and in that case
we will not offer a refund. Additionally,
if we are given a bad address or there is an address correction, there is an
$11.00 charge added to your invoice. (That’s what we are charged from
UPS.) If your package just doesn’t
show up for any reason at all… call us and we’ll take care of you!
