Shipping Change of Address

OOPS!  I gave you a Wrong Address or Apt #! 

If a package has not left our facility and we are able to correct an address before the package ships, it’s our pleasure to do so if we are able.

If your package has already shipped and you want to correct an address in transit.  Our carrier assesses a $11.00 fee for each incorrect or incomplete address.  We reserve the right to bill you for this correction fee, so please make sure the information you provide us with is correct and accurate.  Please contact Good Fortunes as soon as possible at 1-800-644-9474 and speak with a Cookie Counselor or use the Email form below.

There is no guarantee that we will be able to make the changes once your package has left our factory, however we will make every attempt and request the address change of our carrier.
